• Have a dedicated website (preferably in English)
• Offer 9+ rounds and title norm chances
• Are open to a wide range of players – not just titled professionals

Well-documented tournaments with established websites are more likely to be listed. Links to temporary sites or standalone registration forms are harder to keep updated over time.
