Uses ultra-thin lines (0.25 and 0.5 mm) to minimize ink and toner usage.
Ideal for cost-efficient home printing, but some printers – especially laser printers – may have trouble rendering these thin lines accurately.
We recommend downloading the PDF and doing a test print before use.
📐 Premium Sheets for Precision
Our premium models use thicker lines (0.5 and 0.75 mm) for better readability and more robust output.
They produce consistent results both on home printers and in professional printing environments.

Our PDFs are ready to use both at home and with professional print services.
They follow fixed dimensions and margins and require no special chess knowledge from the print shop – ideal for clubs, tournaments, or personal use.
⚠️ Important Notes on Margins and Printers
❗ Most inkjet printers support borderless printing (0 mm margin).
Most laser printers do not – and will automatically add a small margin around the sheet.
This may result in slight misalignment, especially when folding or trimming.
Always use print preview, and consider a test print before printing in larger quantities.
📝 Usage Tips
- Folded sheets provide good stiffness – usually no writing board needed
- Cut sheets or carbon-copy sheets benefit from a firm backing
- Want to archive the game? Scan the sheet after the game
- The layout is designed for clear handwriting and works well with modern AI interpretation tools
